I’m a business lawyer for technology companies and companies that use technology. My primary area of practice is structuring, negotiating and documenting business and technology transactions.

I’m an attorney with Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti, LLP and work out of its Morristown, New Jersey office. Riker also has offices in Trenton, New Jersey, New York City and London. I received a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where I was an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
